It's the real deal vintage version. It's not the reissue (nothing wrong with those, but those that know, well....they know). This is the OG, straight out of the early 1980's.
This rare pedal is a vintage icon of digital delay that is not only desired for its lush tone but also as the premier pedal of looping. With the 16 Second Digital Delay, you get an expressive delay machine that features a layout of sliders to dial in your favorite sounds. You have separate sliders to control Delay time/tone, modulation settings, and blend settings. There are two switches, one to control delay length (Slow/Fast) and the other the direction of delay playback (Forward/Reverse).
There is a reason why guitar greats such as Nels Cline and Bill Frisell have used this pedal to create vast sonic tapestries. Designer David Cockerell absolutely nailed it back in the day, and created something that became a groundbreaking pedal that has had a long lasting effect on the world of effects pedals.
This is a truly rare pedal that we are so glad to have in stock for you. It's in great condition considering its age and has been extremely well-cared for over the years (and not just sitting there).
