Nikki Sixx has been a professional bass player since the late 70's in the rock and metal scenes and now he has come together with Schecter to make a signature bass guitar. Featuring EMG LJX and EMG PX pickups this satin black monster of a bass is made to produce the rumble in any rock or metal act. Built out of solid mahogany with a maple and walnut neck this bass really supports the low and low midrange frequencies allowing it to set in the mix really well no matter if it is live or in the studio. One of the key things about this bass is the body design, although you can see how the design has evolved it is not just aesthetic. The body was specifically design so that it is as comfortable as possible to play standing or sat down which is a hard thing to achieve with a large bodied bass. This bass is kitted out hardware wise with EMG pickups, Grover tuners, independent video controls, active EMG tone control, and a kill switch you can achieve an incredible amount of usable tones and pull off some interesting effects with the kill switch. This bass is great for anyone looking to play rock and metal and want to do so in comfort and style!

Good shelves for the price can be challenging to install correctly

Good quality shelves for the price. Happy with the purchase. They give you assorted hardware to mount each shelf. Wall anchors for masonry or brick and anchors for drywall as well as screws to affix shelf to the wall bracket. The installation was fairly easy but it can be a bit difficult to get the bracket leveled on the wall. The “level” they give you is useless, it is only the tube - not in a housing, so 1 1/2” long. You will need a better level. Basically you place the bracket where you want the shelf to go then make sure it is level and take a pencil to mark the holes. We ended up using a heavier quality wall anchor so only needed 2 anchors instead of the four they send you. Once the bracket is on, slide the shelf onto the bars coming from the bracket and use the 2 set screws to secure it in place. Check for level and if it isn’t you can remove shelf and loosen bracket screws and wiggle the bracket while still attached while retightening screws. We had to re-level one of our shelves this way. Hope this helps and that it makes sense. As for weight capacity I wouldn’t want to put more than a couple of pounds on a shelf. As it is secure, it is hollow inside and too much weight would probably either cause the shelf to sag or damage your wall

Easy to assemble and comes with everything you need for drywall or wood. Nice color and texture and comes with stickers to hide the holes underneath. I bought two sets of three. These are very long, so I recommend just using two at a time.

bought these after another set of floating shelves didn't work. these are great and an awesome value!! i've used these in my guest bathroom and also throughout my house. they look great everywhere and are much easier to hang compared to others. my husband was hesitant after the last shelves but these turned out amazing. they are very sturdy and hold a good amount of weight. i would recommend buying these compared to any others.
