I absolutely loved everything about this story

I absolutely loved everything about this story. At first I was unsure of the time period, I've never been a huge western fan, but I'm so glad I picked this up. Not only were the historical details interesting, but the characters were timeless. Sammy was such a beautiful, courageous, complex main character, I couldn't help but root for her. The memories of her father and her connection to him through music was heartbreaking, and her heritage touched every facet of her life on the run. The family she formed with the cowboys and Andy was so genuine and real, and made me laugh in unexpected places. The action was fast paced and something was always happening, so it was hard to put down. Highly recommend this story for anyone who's a fan of adventure, strong female relationships, and romance. A++

Kris's knowledge of Short term Rentals (STR's) is extensive. I have been in this market for almost four years now and there is always room for improvement. This is the best and most comprehensive STR manual I have come across during my studies. Early bird gets the worm or bookings in this completive market. Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners

This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions.
