Rooting Powder helps plant cuttings develop healthy roots faster. Whether you’re propagating soft-stemmed herbs or woody branches, it boosts success rate by reducing failure, rot, or drying.

Formulated with 0.43% Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) — a trusted rooting hormone — it works on a wide range of plants including rose, hibiscus, bougainvillea, mint, lemon, basil, and indoor plants like money plant or snake plant.

Best For:

  • Cuttings of flowers, fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs
  • Grafting and bonsai scions
  • Seedling transplant support
  • Hydroponic and water-based propagation

Benefits:

  • Faster Rooting: Helps form roots in 7–21 days
  • Higher Success Rate: Especially for woody or sensitive plants
  • Safe for Edible Plants: Just wait 7 days before harvest and wash thoroughly
  • Beginner-Friendly: Just dip and plant
  • Versatile Use: Works in pots, trays, soil, cocopeat, or hydroponics

How to Use Rooting Powder

1. Select and Prepare the Cutting or Graft

  • Choose a healthy plant — free from pests, rot, or disease
  • Cut a stem of 4–6 inches (soft or woody) using a clean, sharp knife or cutter
  • Remove bottom leaves, leaving only 1–2 leaves at the top
  • Slightly moisten the cut end with clean water — this helps the powder stick

2. Apply Rooting Powder

  • Shake a small amount of rooting powder into a clean, dry container (never dip directly in the original pack)
  • Dip the moistened end of the cutting about 1 inch deep into the powder
  • Tap off any excess — only a light coating is needed

3. Plant the Cutting

  • Prepare a container with well-draining mix — cocopeat, compost, or soft garden soil
  • Make a small hole using a stick or finger so the powder isn't rubbed off during planting
  • Insert the cutting carefully and press soil gently around it
  • Water lightly until moist — avoid waterlogging

4. Post-Planting Care

  • Place the cutting in shade or indirect light — avoid direct sun
  • Maintain humidity around the plant using a plastic dome, polythene bag, or regular misting
  • Keep soil consistently moist, not soggy

5. Rooting Time

  • Most plants begin forming roots in 7–21 days
  • Woody or difficult cuttings (like guava or bougainvillea) may take longer
  • Gently pull after 2–3 weeks — if there’s resistance, roots have formed

⚠️ Precautions

  • Store in a dry, shaded place
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes or mouth

Did they change the formula?
Scent: Citrus + Eucalyptus, Size: 5 Ounce (Pack of 3)
I used to love this soap back when it was curved and smelled better. I think they changed the formula with the shape change and now it smells slightly different (cheaper). I can't justify the cost now.

An essential classic
Format: Paperback
The book has a scathing view of nobility and the upper class, with the regular people just a part of the scenery, so an allegory that has aged well and applies to modern times. I think it's an essential read to anyone who enjoys literature, as it can be argued that it's the genesis of many themes in modern stories.

Not bad, but still had flaws
Format: Paperback
While the novel was great in a way, I felt that it was outdated to me. It was written in the time that anti-heros were poorly made and if the creator of Reynard was aiming for Anti-hero when developing Reynard, he missed and hit sociopath instad. The pictures in the books are also outdated and laughable in our times. Reynard looks more like a shaved dog on the cover, I had a hard time identifying Noble the lion in his photos, ect. and the ending did`nt seem fullfilling though I felt a kick of excitment a few times.
