Rosemary is suitable for all zones, but is only cold tolerant down to around 15 degrees. For zones 3-6 you can either dig up your plants and store them for winter, or cover them for extreme cold weather.
Rosemary is very slow to germinate and we do not recommend direct seeding. Start early in pots by sowing your seeds on the surface of your potting material and gently press the seeds into the surface of your soil. Very lightly cover with vermiculite or sand as they need light to germinate, and this step helps keep moisture around the seed until germination. Cover your pots lightly with plastic wrap and place into a shallow dish of water as they need a constant slight amount of moisture to germinate. Do not let your potting material dry out. Place under a light source and once your plants are at least 1" tall, and after you last frost in the spring, transplant them into the garden.
Rosemary is different than all the other herb seeds we sell in that they naturally have a low germination rate of around 50%.

THIS ITEM WORKED WONDERS FOR ME..
DURING THIS WINTER SKIN PROBLEMS WERE PRESENT SO I TRIED THIS ITEM, AT FIRST I NOTICED THAT IT MADE MY SKIN FEEL REALLY DRY BUT IT DID CALM MY SKIN DOWN TO THE POINT WHERE THE ISSUES, WHICH WERE BECOMING INTENSE, JUST DISAPPEARED AFTER I USED IT 2-3 TIMES EVEN ON MY FACE, SO PERHAPS DRYNESS IS WHAT ENDED MY SKIN ISSUES (PSORIASIS) I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST USING OILS AND CREAMS WHICH HAVE MADE MY ISSUES WORSE SOOOOOO THIS ITEM WAS A SUCCESS FOR ME.

Fantastic soap for the dermatitis and eczema prone
You guyyyyysss, my hands have no dry, itchy spots right now. None. This is remarkable because before now I have for years had issues with eczema/contact dermatitis patches that have at times (aka: most times) been pretty unbearable. To say that I’m overjoyed to have found a natural soap that truly works for me is an understatement. When you use this, you can feel that it’s moisturizing your skin. It’s fantastic. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor and get yourself a bar. I’m wondering now if I can use it on my entire body and to wash my hair. That’s probably a little overboard, but it’s that good and now that I’ve used it I suspect all my skin problems are contact dermatitis that could be solved by the right soap/shampoo.
