Care
General Maintenance: Snake plants will very rarely need to be repotted once they are established, as they have a small root system compared to most other house plants. They can be propagated through clippings, or by separating and replanting the pups.Temperature: Thrives in normal household temperatures, between 15º-26º Celsius. Keep away from drafts and drastic temperature changes. They prefer drier conditions, so there is no need for misting or providing additional humidity.
Light: Snake plants are notorious for their ability to tolerate low light conditions, however they will grow quickest in bright indirect light.
Watering: Water evenly, then allow the soil to dry out entirely before watering again. Small plants will need to be watered once every 1-2 weeks, whereas more mature plants will only need to be watered once every 1-2 months. As a general rule of thumb, a plant that is in a 6" pot or less would be considered a young plant. A plant that requires a pot 8" or larger would be considered a more mature plant
Soil: A 2:1 ratio of regular potting mix, and a course medium such as orchid mix, or bark is ideal to ensure the soil drains and dries quick enough. Ensure that your pot has adequate drainage to avoid any potential root rot issues.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced (20-20-20) liquid fertilizer once a month during spring and summer.

Life changing for me!
I never write reviews but these are AWESOME! I have had low iron for about 10 years and nothing I’ve tried in the past (changing my diet, other multi-vitamins, prescribed iron supplements, etc.) has ever gotten rid of the fatigue that comes with it. I started taking these about a month ago and I feel like a brand new person! I can get through the day without taking a nap or multiple, which has bettered not only my sleep schedule but my productivity all around! I could not recommend enough. They do have a nasty smell but I just breathe through my mouth until I’ve swallowed it lol. The smell is 100% worth the outcome in my opinion.

Ordered multiple times and am pleased!
I got these when one a day stopped making the gelcap minis that I loved and used for years. I prefer gelcaps over tablets for better absorption, and these don't disappoint at all. They're good quality, as I notice the difference when I don't take them. They're easy to swallow despite being a somewhat larger capsule, and very comparable in contents and values to the ones I took before. I feel better when I take them, and that's enough for me. Shipping was fast and they arrived undamaged, every time I've ordered them.

The Perfect Liquid Gel-Cap Multivitamin
My doctor asked me to take a multivitamin in liquid form, as the vitamins are absorbed so much better than with a pressed-powder tablet. These are not easy to find locally! I have been using these vitamins for quite a while and order more when I am getting close to running out. I was pleased to find them on Amazon at a good price. I had bought others online, but the price was considerably more for a comparable product. There is no aftertaste, and they are easy for me to swallow. They are large, so they may not be for everyone, but they solved a problem for me.

Size and Belching
The softgels are too large and the contents causes belching due to the fish oil included. The fish oil is one of the worst smelling I've ever experienced. Perhaps this would be a better product if they eliminate the fish oil. Women's softgels should be much smaller. If I could send it back I would do so. Since I can't, I threw it away and chalked it up to poor judgement on my part. Definitely a waste of money.

Huge bottle that lasta over half the year
I have been using this product for a while now because I routinely have low iron counts. Originally my doctor had me on an iron supplement but told me in the last year I could switch to a multivitamin with iron instead. I found that this is not the easiest thing to find, especially if you only want to have to take one vitamin a day. I like that the bottle has 200 soft gels which lasts over half a year before you have to worry about ordering more. And the last couple times I have had my iron levels checked they have been back in the normal range.
