Native to the rainforests of Southern Mexico and Guatemala, the Neanthe Bella Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) or Parlor Palm is known for its air purifying properties and ability to adapt to lower light conditions. Neanthe Bella is an attractive, easy care evergreen, perennial plant and a very popular houseplant. This tabletop palm can also grow outdoors year round in USDA zones 10 through 12. It’s commonly known in the trade as the ‘Neanthe bella palm’ and grown primarily for indoor use in 6″ – 14″ inch containers, ranging in height from 18″ inches to 3-4 feet tall. Direct sunlight can scorch the leaves of the Neanthe Bella Palm, so place this little beauty in a spot out of direct light. While it is tolerant of lower light conditions, you may notice leggy growth as a result, so a spot where it will receive bright indirect light a few feet removed from a southern, western, or eastern facing window is ideal. Neanthe Bella Palms prefer soil that is lightly moist, with a slight period of drought between waterings. Water when the top 1” - 2” inches of the soil are dry, likely every 7 - 10 days. It feels like a gentle hug !

This comforter is not too heavy and not too light, and yet it feels just like a gentle hug around your body which feels just right and perfect for a good night's rest. The color is white which is no problem because it's meant for a duvet cover and didn't have a smell at all which I was concerned about with reading other reviews. It is a perfect size for my bed which is king size and lays over just a bit on either side. If you like something that hangs over the bed more I would suggest buying the California King. It's a great value for the money, because you can't put a price tag on a good night's sleep. The only downfall to this comforter is that it feels so good that it's hard to get out of bed! When you purchase this it will be a bit flat because of packaging but once you get it on the bed it fluffs up after a few hours, you can also shake it out a bit if you want it filled out a bit better, I found it easier to put the duvet cover on it first and then gently shake it out over the bed.

Order a king for your tall queen mattress

I love it! It is so puffy and light. It feels luxurious to go to bed. It is so puffy that it shrinks the width, barely covering my tall queen mattress. I wish I'd ordered a king size.
