All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling.
REFUND
If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement -- whichever is more convenient to you.

If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered these shoes expecting them to be brand new since I paid full price and never selected any “used” option.
