This semi-rare species, Anthurium polyschistum, displays unique characteristics in plant collections. The distinctive Anthurium polyschistum is recognized for its unusual leaf structure, typically featuring 5 to 9 leaflets on each leaf blade. These blue-gray blades are thin and possess a slight glossy sheen. This is a live plant with healthy and established roots.<WHEN PLANTS ARRIVE>
- Unpack and give your plants some water as soon as possible—but don't worry if they seem a bit stressed. They'll perk up in no time! Put them in a fairly bright area, but away from direct light while they are acclimating.
- If your plant looks sad or stressed upon arrival, leave it in the shipping medium for a few days before repotting. (These plants can be repotted in any well-draining medium of your choice)
- It can be completely normal for your new plants to be slightly dramatic once they arrive. Don't worry if you notice some yellowing on the tips or if you lose a leaf or two.
- If your plants are dead on arrival, send us pictures immediately (within 24 hours) and we will work through what to do from there.
<SHIPPING DETAILS>
We pack and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. We carefully pack each plant and use different materials to meet each plant’s sensitivity needs. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and know when your plant will arrive. The plants should be brought in immediately upon arrival. If you are going to be out of town or need us to hold the package for any reason, we are happy to do so.
Our plants are packed and shipped via USPS Priority which includes $100 of insurance for delays and handling damages. Claims require postmarked mailing receipt, proof of value of the shipment and the damaged goods. Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of our control and cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping
<REFUND POLICY>
In order to receive a full refund, please submit photos and/or video showing that the plants were dead on arrival within 24 hours of your package being delivered. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Distilled truth
I read Danny's quotes from this book on Facebook for maybe a couple of weeks before I realized it was his new book. Of course I had to order it immediately. My life was forever changed after my first encounter with Danny's teaching at a conference ten years ago where I purchased "Directing Vision Daily," (now updated and called "Loving Our Kids On Purpose"). I learned about self-control and it affected every relationship in my life, not just the training of my toddler (now the oldest of four and headed into middle school).
Danny has such a powerful message. I call it distilled truth.
After a really tough year, moving across country, returning full-time to the workforce after eleven years as a stay-at-home mom, children having issues in school and needing more support, and much more, I found myself very disconnected from my husband and miserable. I watched a You-Tube video where Danny said something that went straight to my heart and I puzzled over it for days, "every relationship has one of two goals: connection or disconnection." I realized that at some point over the past year I switched from the goal of connection to that of disconnection. I knew I should want to be connected, but I did not. After fifteen years of marriage and so many conversations about the same topics and still not being understood, I found myself once again in the place of wanting to give up.
The book took a couple weeks to come in the mail, but I read it in two days, hungry for a solution to the problem for which I now had a label: the goal of disconnection. We read Gary Chapman's "The Five Love Languages" about 13 years ago, so that part was not new to me, but Danny's summary of the acts of service love language (many other points too) felt like he was reading my mail. After thinking on all that I had read for a couple more days, I arranged to spend an evening with my husband alone. We were able to have a much needed talk that has put us on a path to reconnecting.
By this point in my life and my marriage, I realize this is a journey that will inevitably entail future obstacles. This book has given me yet another tool, one that takes me back to the foundation. The key to keeping my love on is exercising my self-control and behaving as the powerful person I am, not waiting for someone else to rescue me from my misery. Thank you, Danny. I needed that.

Sink Organizer – Super Helpful and Sturdy!

Handy, plenty of space. Diverts excess water to sink. Needs a tweak to keep the cloth hook in place.

Since it has a metal basket instead of a solid base, it much less messier, which I like. Like that it has a hook for a wash cloth, but that was constantly coming off with the cloth until I used some sticky paddy to help keep it in place. Would probably have returned ii if the time to do a return had been longer. I do like that it has a slope to divert the water into the sink instead of the countertop.
