Tillandsia Butzii, native to Mexico and Costa Rica, is a unique looking air plant with a speckled base and leaves. The base is bulbous with a deep purple green color. The grassy green leaves are long, thin, and wavy like a rare type of fishtail. Butzii has a smooth and shiny surface. After this air plant blooms purple flowers, it will die but the offsets (pups) produced around its base will continue the life cycle.
All of the plants may be shipped bare root. -
Bright filtered light.
No soil is needed. Sand, sea glass, rocks, pebbles & bark chip can be used instead of soil.
Frequent misting several times a week is necessary. Butzii will also benefit from a soaking bath every month. Give it a little shake off afterwards to make sure water doesn't collect in the bottom leaves to prevent rot. - Zone 10 (30F)

My fiancé and I lost our 3 month old baby boy. I thought long and hard and hunted through Amazon hoping to find something thoughtful to get him to comfort him and I saw these urn necklaces. I was a bit hesitant because they’re supposed to hold baby’s ashes and I wasn’t sure how he would feel about that but they arrived and we absolutely love them. There are two different chains so he will wear the thicker one and I’ll wear the thinner. The words are written perfectly, the stones are beautiful. It’s small enough that we never have to take them off and big enough to read the words clearly. It’s just the most beautiful and thoughtful gift I could ever give him. Everything was perfect and nicely packaged. Included a wipe and a little funnel to put ashes in so it can go inside the necklace. Everything was done correctly. It's definitely a great product for the money you're using. The quality of the print was good. It's comfortable to wear as well. The detail I added were correct. It's a great weight as well.
