Light - Philodendrons prefer bright, indirect light. They can tolerate some dappled morning or evening sunshine, but direct sunlight can burn their leaves.

Water - Keep the soil moist but allow it to dry out between waterings. During the winter, when growth slows, keep the plant slightly drier. Overwatering can cause the leaves to turn yellow, while underwatering can cause them to turn brown and fall off.

Humidity - Philodendrons like humidity, so you can mist them regularly during the growing season. You can also surround them with a pebble tray of water to maintain humidity.

Warmth and moisture - Provide warmth and moisture near a sunny window. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves.

Worth the investment

I’ve owned several. I toss them about every 5 years because well I haven’t found a way to wash it and not ruin it. I used to buy it at bed bath & beyond before they closed. And it was the same price there. It’s not memory foam. It’s latex. So if you are allergic- buyer beware. But it has a nice little bouncy- ness to it. Which I love. Cradles my head & neck.
It has a zippered cover on it you can remove & wash. This one seems to have a thin, protective permanent cover thing on it. I assume so you potentially can wash the pillow. May attempt that in a few months.

Unreliable product be careful

I bought this pillow and loved it. King size and firm. I bought another one and it is less firm and smaller in length (as seen here) and not at all to the quality onto first one. I’d be careful and check these if buying. Very disappointing experience

A little misleading
Size: King (Pack of 1)
Overall, it is comfortable. However, I ordered a king sized which is 36" long, but this pillow is only 33". That's somewhere between a queen and kind size. Second, it is not a medium firm. It is more toward soft and lets the head drift down close to the mattress level Over time, you may have neck problems. Time will tell.
Update: It is great! My neck feels better and I sleep better. There is still a little odor, but it's not a problem. I recommend this pillow.

Great pillow, best I ever put my head against!
Not too high, not too firm, do not recommend for stomach sleepers, but I am mostly a back sleeper. It is also heavy enough to support your head.
