This adapter fits Peg-Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 and Primo Viaggio 4-35 Nido infant car seats manufactured in January 2018 or later. 

This adapter has been redesigned in 2019 for easier use. The adapter stays on the car seat once installed, so there's no need to remove the adapters when transitioning between the car and the stroller.

That's probably to be expected, but if you are a woman and that would bother you I would look for another shirt with women's sizing. Also, the neck is weirdly high and I keep pulling it away a bit. Not deal breakers for me but did cause me to knock off a star. If I could I'd give it four and a half stars.
