Steeping:

Amount of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Steep for 5 mins then strain. Serve hot or iced.

Drink 1-2 cups daily in preparation of getting pregnant, ideally for 3-6 months prior and while trying to conceive. Discontinue use if you find out you are pregnant.
