These magnesium capsules are easy to take and seem to be very good quality. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. helps me sleep

i've had bouts of insomia my whole life. i've done melatonin, tryptophan, valerian roots, marijuana (legal in my state), chamomile tea, etc. you name it. i didn't buy this as a sleep supplement, but i notice that it will knock me out in about 30 minutes flat if i take it at night. most of my supplements i take in the morning, but i save this one for night time.
an unexpected surprise, quality seems good, nothing but positive words to say about it. the sleep benefits alone make it worth the purchase.
