Traditional sugar farmers collect nectar from the flowers of these sustainably grown trees and then carefully process it into coconut palm sugar using traditional methods. This nectar is gently heated until it becomes a delightful unrefined sugar. It simmers at a low temperature (about 80 degrees) for an extended period to form crystals. The sugar then turns caramel brown and resembles raw cane sugar in taste with notes of toffee.

Usage: Palm sugar is easy to incorporate into various culinary dishes and beverages, from tomato sauce to your favorite dessert and superfood elixir recipes or a refreshing lemonade. It works well in desserts, chocolate, dishes, tea, bread, etc. Suitable for those who want to avoid regular white sugar.
