Light - Syngoniums thrive in bright, indirect light, but can tolerate low light. They can grow quickly in a bright spot that's away from direct sun. Direct sunlight can burn their leaves.

Watering - Water the soil thoroughly, then wait for the water to drain. Empty any excess water from the saucer. Allow the top 3–5 cm of soil to dry out before watering again. Water regularly in spring and summer, but water less in the winter.

Humidity - Syngoniums originate from rainforests in Central and South America, so they do best in humid conditions. Mist regularly and keep away from sources of dry heat like radiators. They'll tolerate average household humidity, but will really thrive in a naturally humid spot like a bathroom or kitchen.

Soil - Syngoniums are not fastidious about soil. A traditional potting medium for Syngoniums is a mixture of coarse sand and leaf mold.

Save your money- don’t buy

Purchased this for our trip to Mexico. At two cruise ports we were doing a combination snorkel and pool day. I got this sunscreen because it was reef friendly and came with two bottles. Both bottles were IMPOSSIBLE to spray. You could not sunscreen yourself because you had to hold the bottle just right, push down with extreme force, and have your fingers place very specifically on the lid. My 13 year old and husband couldn’t even use the bottles. I did figure it out so I had to continually sunscreen everyone in the family. No one in my family has sensitive skin, but we all ended up with a fine rash after using this sunscreen. On days prior we used another brand and no one had a problem. We also reapplied often (every 60-90 min) and we still got pretty burnt. Maybe we got a bad batch…

Great Smell and No Mess Sunscreen

good spray, but strong alcohol smell
Style: SPF 50, Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I like Alba Botanica, but 3.5 starts since:
- the spray goes way too fast (that can be true for all continuous sprays). I used it 4 - 5 times and it seems I have very little left.
- lots of waste when spraying... probably is best to spray your palm and then massage it on your body
- once it's sprayed it smells like alcohol, alot!!! Other brands I tried don't seem to smell so much of alcohol.
- My kid developed strange rash once it was applied, not red dots, but white bumps all over the arms and legs, cannot say its from this spray, but I'm a bit suspicious.
The good party it's it is not sticky or greasy.
Smells good (after alcohol evaporates).
I used it a couple of times, applied once only and stay several hours under the sun and I was fine, no sunburn.
