Made from the same fabric as the original, award-winning Smart Pot, Smart Pot Fabric Transplanter has all the same benefits. These revolutionary aeration containers create ideal growing conditions. Air and water flow through easily, so roots stay cool, get plenty of oxygen, and never stay soggy. And when the roots reach the fabric, they air prune, which forces lateral root development and keeps plants from becoming root bound. Root structures become thicker, bigger, and denser with lots of small, fibrous feeder rootsno root circles to slow growth. And it really is all about the roots. More root surface means better water and nutrient absorption, and that means bigger, healthier, faster-growing plants that better resist pests and illness and produce more abundant yields, 3X higher on average. Smart Pot Fabric Transplanters are ideal for vegetables, flowers, bulbs, and ornamentals and are also suitable for aquatic plants.
Environmentally friendly, Smart Pots are BPA-free, lead-free, and chemically inertyou can rest assured that no dangerous chemicals will be leaching into the soil. Smart Pots are washable, reusable, and durable, having a 3- to 5-year life expectancy. When you're ready to wash your Smart Pots, just turn them inside out, dry completely, and remove any hardened soil. Soak pots in a solution of vinegar and water for 24 hours, agitate occasionally, and rinse thoroughly. Or you can simply throw them in the washing machine. Smart Pots should always be dried in the sun, however, never the dryer.
