The Monstera Adansonii — also known as the Swiss Cheese Vine or Fensterblatt — is a small, young plant with the unmistakable look of its family. The leaves are oval to heart-shaped, fresh green, and carry the natural holes that gave the German name its meaning.

In the photo you see a compact plant with several stems coming straight out of the soil. The leaves stand slightly upright. Some already show their characteristic perforations, while others are still young and smooth — that comes with time.

The Adansonii likes a bright spot, but no direct midday sun. A place near a window with a little distance works well. Water it when the surface of the soil feels dry — usually once a week is enough, slightly less in winter. It enjoys a bit of humidity and grows over time into a small climbing plant if you give it a support.

The plant is delivered in a simple beige decorative pot, as shown in the picture. The decorative pot may differ slightly from the photo, depending on what we currently have in stock.
