Description: A diverse native seed mix for establishing eco-lawns or low key meadowscapes that will be step-able, resilient, semi-ever green, and mow-able. This seed mix includes species for full sun-partial shade with a mix of wildflowers and native bunch grasses that are relatively low-growing to be most akin to a lawn. Most of the species in this mix are perennial, but to ensure plants flower and drop their seed to return for next year, we suggest waiting until at least June to mow. This lawn will need some watering in summer, but will set deep roots and retain water for much longer than traditional lawns.

Species: Deschampsia cespitosa (Tufted Hair Grass)-perennial, Festuca roemeri (Roemer's Fescue)-perennial, Koeleria macrantha (Prairie Junegrass)-perennial, Poa secunda/P. scabrella (Pine Bluegrass)-perennial, Achillea millefolium (Yarrow)-perennial, Geum macrophyllum (Large Leaf Avens)-perennial, Lotus purshianus (Bird Foot Trefoil)-annual & nitrogen fixer, Prunella vulgaris v. lanceolata-perennial, and Colinsia grandiflora (Blue-eyed mary)

Coverage: 1/2 oz of seed per 315~ square feet or 4 grams per 90~ square feet

Sowing Instructions: For best results, sow seeds directly to bare, loose soil in Fall. Clear soil of other plants, grass, or weeds or sheet mulch. Add soft soil or compost. Mix seed mix with another medium like sand to increase spacing when seeded. Apply seeds, they do not need to be covered to germinate. Most seeds will germinate without cold stratification, but will benefit from Fall planing. Seed as late as early Spring.

Great Value for a ball my dog loves!
Color: S6-muti-color
I wish these ball were in the subscription program! My dog gets sooo excited by the new ball, but her interest in things lasts for a few days. She kills the squeak within 11minutes, but the squeaker stays in place rather than becoming a chocking or swallow hazard, and she still loves to chew it. Next, we must throw the ball approximately 723 times the first day, possibly 496 times on day 2, and just 3- 4 on day 3, at which point she will chase the ball before hollering "it's over here if you need it," while she checks on the chipmunk den. We currently have 17 of these balls in our yard (because we have given several leftovers to a less discriminating doodle next door). These balls hold up really well, get her extremely active for the first couple of days, and are a much cheaper than doggie daycare (after an active morning with a new ball, she is happy to chew on it and sleep much of the day). I always have these on hand!

Pieces chewed off
Color: white & green
My Aussiedoodle loves it. I throw it down the hallway, it bounces crazy, and he chases it. The only complaint is that he can't chew much of the ball part. So now I have to have it put away and brought out for special playtime.

Lightweight Balls
Color: A.Orange+Blue+Green
lightweight but solid. Unfortunately, I can't bring to dog park for my dog to play with as the larger dogs will destroy them. Not for dogs that chew through everything.
