Unlike many variegated succulents, this one actually prefers indirect sun, which will provide the plant with the light it needs to grow without causing scorching on the leaves. Highly drought tolerant, it is important to avoid overwatering this specimen – a goal which can be accomplish via a thorough yet infrequent watering routine, coupled with a porous soil mixture within a well-draining pot.

Hardy only to Zone 10, it is important to shield it from freezing temperatures during its winter dormancy period – your watering routine can also be put on hold during this time, to avoid excess moisture when the plant is not actively adding to its reserves anyway.
