Phenomenal is also able to take colder winters and hot, humid summers better than others. Phenomenal lavender are great for drying and using in potpourris. This large hedging lavender adds a lovely barrier along fence lines or around unsightly areas of the landscape. Deer tend to avoid phenomenal lavender plants, making it a smart choice for hosta and daylily beds. No returns… Confusing description
The seller doesn’t allow returns with this product. This product was much smaller than I expected, and I wouldn’t even re-gift it to a friend with a smaller dog. Why? Because they already tried a similar size and said it kept their hands clean… but gave them tennis elbow.
