My Story: As a migraine sufferer since my teenage years, I’ve often had to push through debilitating pain just to get through the day. Maybe you have your own version of this struggle. I may not be donning a glitzy pink gown, but the challenge is real. Over time, I’ve learned to manage my symptoms, not allowing them to control my life.

When I look at this pose, I envision a flamingo, flaunting its showy feathers. I imagine a tropical oasis where birds of paradise bloom in pinks and purples instead of the usual orange and yellow.
