The popularity of terrariums began in the Victorian Era and have seen a resurgence  because they bring the living botanical world inside your home. You can nestle small ferns, pileas, and begonias among mosses, twigs, and rocks and watch as your miniature woodland landscape changes and grows. 

We always stock the supplies to create a terrarium, but what could be more fun than gathering your friends and throwing a terrarium workshop party?  Each participant will be outfitted with glass, materials and plants and our terrarium designers will demonstrate and guide you in creating a Michler’s quality terrarium.

Terrarium workshops are priced at $100, $125, or $200 per participant — minimum of six participants.  Wine and cheese make a workshop complete and Kentucky Native Café is here on site for refreshments.
