Triclopyr, the active ingredient, limits the nutrients available to each plant and starves the plant until it is completely eliminated. This nonpetroleum-based, plant-derived formulation effectively controls unwanted species while remaining safe to desirable grasses. Apply in broadcast applications at rates of 1 to 4 quarts per acre in a total spray volume of 5 or more gallons per acre.
