Original Bugeye accelerator pedals are a terrible design. They plug into a pivoting metal rod and can easily become un-plugged while driving, which is an obvious safety hazard. Once the pedal disconnects, It’s not difficult to lodge the rubber pedal on the accelerator rod, thus sticking the throttle OPEN!
The other challenge with this original design is the hinge mount requires two holes in your nice floor pan. Since it is naturally rusting and making holes on its own, it’s never fun to punch more holes if you don’t have to. Those accelerator holes can become yet another source of corrosion.
Since about 1979 I have been driving my Bugeye ‘Gumby” with just metal bar under my foot and no pedal. And on the cars the we ship to customers, we remove the pedal for safety. Even though it doesn’t look pretty, the bar has been our best solution, until now.
We are exited to offer a nice cast aluminum pad you can easily bolt into place, along with a rubber pedal pad to cover it. This is an elegant solution to an old problem. It’s easy to install and makes heel/toe shifting easy. This is an upgrade that is a winner for every early Sprite!
You get the aluminum bolt on pad, hardware to mount it and a rubber pedal pad, which you will need to install on the aluminum pad before installation.
NOTE: The star washers go in between the aluminum pedal ears and the metal accelerator rod-see photos below. These take up the space and allow for a snug fit before you tighten the bolt. Make sure to tighten the bolt so that the pedal is snug. It can float a little, but make sure to tighten the bolt sufficiently to ensure that the pedal can't flop around. Make sure to use the star washers as shown. Tighten the bolt until the star washers bite into the metal accelerator rod, even if it slightly bends the aluminum "ears" of the casting. The ears may bend slightly, but if the bolt is overtightened the ears can snap, so don't overtighten! We are not responsible for broken ears due to over tightening.

Ladies! Get this!! Especially if you're beginning to get wrinkles!
Im new to serums. Im 43 with problem skin, acne scars, and early signs of aging. I did a lot of research on what vitamins my skin is missing at this age and with my health issues. Everything pointed to topical retinoids and niacin. I am an absolute skeptic when it comes to the skin claims. I figured the price is right for something I can try for the first time ever. First off: the bottle is huge. Its simple and well packaged. It doesn't have any weird scent. Its yellowish but so are b vitamins so 🤷. Second: i put this on after showering and patting dry. Its definitely something to apply in the morning as it leaves your skin feeling very dewy. I rub in all over my neck and face, really working it into my crows feet and frown lines.
Third: you will have glass skin alone with this but you should still apply a sunscreen.
In about 3 weeks ive noticed 1 how soft and supple my skin is, how much my skin literally glows, my skin tone is more even, my acne has almost completely cleared. 1 month later of using 4 pumps daily and I still have over half the bottle left. Im sold. This is a game changer in my over 40 skin routine.

Excellent beauty product for mature skin
I have gotten at least four or five of my friends to use this product. It is by far one of the best serums that I’ve used. I think the most noticeable difference is the firming and plumping of my skin and the reduction of fine lines and large pores, especially on my forehead. I will definitely continue to use this. Once a day at bedtime seems to be enough and plenty and for the price it’s a large bottle and it seems to last a long time. It’s a great deal.

Definitely give it a try!
This product is fantastic! The bottle is huge, and even with twice-daily use (two pumps each time, enough to cover my face, neck, and chest), it lasted me an impressive eight months. I just ordered my second bottle.
The retinal formula is incredibly gentle and is the only retinal product I’ve tried that doesn’t irritate my highly sensitive skin. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin looking smooth, plump, and healthy. I highly recommend it!

Clean Formula Deodorant with a More Natural Feel and Strong Performance

I really like the clean feel and the scents are honestly a standout—they feel more like a light perfume than a typical deodorant. The application is smooth and it looks and feels like a more “luxury” product.
