The leaves are medium to deep green with irregular marbling, streaking, or sectoral patches in tones of cream, ivory, and soft yellow, creating strong contrast along the slender blade. As the plant matures and is given vertical support, the foliage becomes longer and more pendulous, with a slightly rippled texture and more defined midrib. Variegation may intensify over time, ranging from fine splashes to bold half-moon sections depending on the individual plant. This cultivar performs best in bright, indirect light to maintain clear coloration, along with evenly moist, well-draining soil, elevated humidity, and warm, stable conditions for steady climbing growth.
