To sum, it moisturized, prevented peeling and maintained my tan throughout the spring into the summer. The long story-- I began using this product at the end of spring, right after I returned from a Bahamaian vacation in the early spring. I naturally have a year round tan, but in the sun, I become browner and love to maintain that summer bronze glow that happens when I frolic on the beach for days. I knew it was going to be awhile before I could regularly go to the beach so I saw this product and decided to try. I used to not peel, but once I hit my 30s I began to peel regularly, after tanning. Once I started using this, I did not peel AT ALL. And, my tan did not fade. Yes, I still went to the beach with a base tan (which helps when tanning), but I am sure it would've faded quicker without this product. I also didn't start peeling until I ran out of this product. I use it everyday after getting out of the shower, all over my body. I have sensitive skin, and it didn't seem to bother it at all, and it has a light pleasant smell (not strong coconut-y). I highly recommend! Oh, because it's so light, it may not seem to be absorbing properly, but no worries-- it does, without clogging!
