Need your UPPAbaby Minu Repairing?.

Buggy Pitstop are an UPPAbaby Mini Hub. We are factory trained and authorised to repair and maintain UPPAbaby Minu pushchairs of all ages. 

Choose to bring your stroller into us for a While You Wait same day repair or we can arrange a courier collection and return from anywhere in the UK mainland for just £30.

What is the difference between and Express Repair and a normal repair?

Express Repairs take priority over all normal repairs and are designed for people who need their pushchair fixed immediately. Express repairs are done on the day we receive the pushchair.

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days to complete a normal repair once we receive the pushchair.

How to book a repair: 

  1. Choose which repair you prefer, normal or Express.
  2. Use the form above to let us know the problem.
  3. Choose how you will get the pushchair to us.
  4. Add to basket and complete the payment process.
  5. Once we receive your order, we will call you to book your drop off/courier collection.

If you choose to drop your UPPAbaby Minu off at our repair centre.

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday apart from Bank Holidays. We will let you know when the repair is complete and you can collect your pushchair.

If you choose to us a courier.

If you choose to arrange a courier collection and return, we will contact you by telephone to arrange the collection of your UPPAbaby Minu by our selected courier.

When we receive your UPPAbaby Minu, we will inspect it and let you know if any spare parts are needed and how much these will cost.

We will repair your UPPAbaby Minu and arrange to return it to you using a courier.

FAQ’s

How long does it take?

Express repairs are done while you wait and generally take less than an hour, or if you send your stroller to us by courier we will repair the stroller the same day it arrives with us which normally takes 3 working days

Normal repairs take a minimum of 5 working days to complete.

Our skilled technicians use only genuine manufacturer parts and provide top-notch workmanship to get you back on the road in no time. Once complete we will arrange to return (or collection) of your pushchair immediately.

How much does it cost?

The price you pay when you check out covers the repair labour.

When your UPPAbaby Minu arrives, one of our engineers will take a look at the problem and will contact you to let you know if any spare parts are required to fix it.

Spare parts are not included in the repair fee and will be charged once the repair is complete

Are repairs guaranteed?

All repairs are backed by our no quibble 6 month guarantee.

Scared I was going to wake up with a sore neck and headache to go along with it. I tore the package open, let the pillow inflate, fluffed them with my hands and allowed them to sit for a few hours. I didn't wait the allotted time suggested because I was too anxious to try them and it was almost my bed time. So, excitedly I jumped in bed, laid my head down on the pillow and immediately thought, "oh no, these are too soft. This will not work." I just knew I would wake up to a sore neck. Cautiously, I laid down and waited to drift off, dreading waking up the next morning with a stiffer. (LOL) To my surprise I actually slept all night too. I usually would wake up like a thousand times fighting with repositioning the pillow to find my comfort zone. WOW, not that night. I slept like a baby and wait for it.....I woke up the next morning with NO PAIN! Hallelujah! I couldn't believe it. I was literally pain free in my neck and did not have a headache from the strain on my neck, shoulders and back. Man, is this really happening, I asked myself. This just can't be real. Wake, wake girl. You are dreaming. But nope. I was fully awake and with a pain free neck and shoulders. I jumped up and started getting ready for my day. I finally found the pillow that I wish I had found years ago. Could have saved so much $ from going down the drain. I am SO thankful to all the reviews that I read that shared their positive experience and encouraged me to purchase for myself. I am SOOOO GLAD I took a chance and brought these little beauties. They saved my neck and my sanity. Thank you EIUE Hotel Collection for inventing the pillow that is reasonably priced and that does the job it's intended to do.
