TIP: Birds of Paradise enjoy moist (but not soggy) soil, and being allowed to dry out slightly between waterings. Try not to let the soil dry completely through the pot, but also avoid overwatering. Allow the top 2-3 inches of the soil to become dry between waterings, but below that, it should remain moist.

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.

I don't understand the Hype.

Everyone seems to love Glannon but I found other E&Es to me much straightforward and easy to understand. Don't know what it is about Glannon's writing. Not terrible, just not conducive to me for whatever reason. Negligence sections were lacking.

Best E&E out there
Format: Paperback
This is the best E&E book out there! Helped me a ton in Torts and I owe my A in Torts to this book. There's a whole section on how to write a torts exam and the examples & explanation sections are AMAZING and really detailed. The best sections are on factual/actual cause and proximate cause and the nuances between the two.
