Ruby Spider Daylily

‘Ruby Spider’ daylily is definitely eye-catching in the garden. Classified as a spider-type daylily, its huge 9" blooms are a rich ruby red with a bright yellow throat. Grows on scapes nearly 3′ tall in our East Tennessee garden. Most of our customers and garden visitors—and those of us who work here at Oakes Daylilies— love this daylily.

An early season bloomer, we begin to see these brilliant red blooms around the first of June. If you are to our north, you’ll see them a bit later than we do. If you live to our south, you’ll get to see them a couple of weeks before us.

Ruby Spider is registered as a dormant daylily but has been proven to successfully grow in zones 3-10. Give it a try!

Gorgeous on its own, it really brings the garden to life when paired with bright yellow and gold daylilies or, for a heated twist, sizzling orange!

Winner of the Lenington All American Award, the Award of Merit and the Lambert Webster Award for Outstanding Unusual Form

Great electric mower for the price
Size: 17" (2 x 4.0Ah)
This was one of my favorite purchases this year. The November isn't noisy, looks much better than my previous electric lawnmower, and was surprisingly powerful for what it was. Out of the box, it was super easy to set up. My only gripe is that I wish the batteries would last a little longer. Currently, it lasts about 45 min per charge.

Lawnmower
Size: 17" (2 x 4.0Ah)
Bought this and two extra batteries. One battery turned out to be bad and won't charge. The lawnmower so far is great. Cuts good and very lightweight. Would recommend it, the batteries not so much.

It actually does the job pretty well
Style: Lawn Edger/Tool Only
I floundered around for a few minutes, then figured out how to use it, and then made pretty good progress on my overgrown sidewalks. Yes, it uses up batteries but that's because it actually has enough power to do the job, unlike many "homeowner" tools. The handle is long enough so I'm not painfully bent over while using the tool, and it feels solid and stable. One thing I really appreciated is that it doesn't have a typical pointless, awkward "safety" interlock button that you're supposed to keep mashed down with your thumb the whole time - it's a comfortable one-finger trigger. Another good 20v tool from Worx. I'm "in".

Works great!
Style: Lawn Edger/Tool Only
Works great and uses the same batteries that we already had from other works equipment. I do wish the pole was longer.
