The pink leaves of the Tradescantia - Pink Panther plant, also known as Callisia pink panther, display a striking combination of pink, green, and white stripes. This member of the spiderwort family is found primarily in Central and South America and is favored among indoor plant enthusiasts for its distinctive appearance and low maintenance requirements.
Light: Tradescantia thrive in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as the intense rays can burn their tender leaves. Burning and limpness of the leaves and stems is a possible sign that your plant is getting too much direct sun.
Water: Tradescantia like small sips of water, more frequently. When the top 2-3 inches of the soil becomes dry, water until you see water coming out of the drainage holes, then stop.
Humidity: Moderate humidity is best for this variety. We recommend adding a humidifier to your plant care routine or placing on a pebble tray to help provide humidity if your space is dry.
