The best option there is

I believe this is the best option available. I have a high-mileage truck (over 200k miles and still running great), but standard 4-6k-mile oil changes were costing me over $100 per service, so I wanted to start doing my own oil changes again. Looked on YouTube pennzoil full platinum high mileage is rated number two in oils good for your car it’s supposed to have good engine protection for 7000 miles. Good fuel efficiency, but that remains to be seen.
