Philodendron "Florida Ghost / Green is an absolutely stunning aroid. This Philodendron has beautiful green leaves or minty leaves! The leaves are usually 4-10 inches or more in total length, so these Philodendron belong in greenhouses, as a houseplant, or in a large vivarium / terrarium. This Philodendron grows well in moderate light and a moist, well draining substrate. We have successfully kept these in 18 x 18 x 24 vivariums, however, they outgrow them quickly as they climb.

All of our cuttings have adventitious, aerial roots. Our rooted specimens will have at least a few active roots and will be established plants. Our plants are grown in high humidity in terrariums and greenhouses, therefore may need acclimation to the average home humidity / environment. Please contact us for acclimation information if you are not planning to use this plant in a terrarium, greenhouse, or humid room.

Taste: While the product doesn’t taste bad, preparing it as directed results in a very mild orange flavor. -as a drink I would prefer more flavor. Texture: The psyllium husk absorbs water extremely quickly—even in cold or room-temp water—which is just the nature of the ingredient itself. Because it starts to gel so fast, you have to chug it, and even then it can be difficult to get down. (I personally gag at it, but I have sensory issues) If the gel like texture is an issue for you, I found it more palatable mixed into food with water on the side. Texture aside, the product itself is highly effective. Mixability: It doesn’t always mix smoothly and tends to clump. Again nature of the ingredient not the brand. The powder is very fine and non-gritty perfect for other mixings. Side effects: I had uncomfortable bloating the first time (2 scoops/ full glass), I recommend starting with (1 scoop or less/full glass) Dont rush it. Increase it from there as you grow tolerance. You may feel very full. - it helped me eat less!
