Seed planting instructions are on the back of each card. All designed, printed and hand crafted by Sofia Papa Designs from her Bristol Studio.

So there is a barely visible lock/ unlock icon on the plastic strip under the spray nozzle. Turn the nozzle to unlock, and it should have sprayed. NOPE! I had to put the can on my bathroom counter and press as hard as I could to get the spray to come out and into my other hand. I then applied the lotion. It’s ridiculous how hard this is to use! So I can’t comment on the sunblock itself because it’s next to impossible to use it as a spray. Cannot recommend this product until manufacturer fixes the faulty nozzle.
