How to use:
Before use, boil the applicator (not the lid). Put the unwrapped A.S / tampon in the applicator. Remove the cap, gently insert the holder into your vagina and press the pusher. Remove the applicator. Wash it with warm water and mild soap, rinse and dry after every use. For more information, please read the leaflet.
