Form and performance — can one exist without the other? It shouldn't. The CYBEX VR3 resistance strength line exercises the theory that form and performance belong together. VR3 is a collection of machines that combine striking appearance, excellent performance, genuine comfort and accessibility — without sacrificing the goal of functionality. If you want form and performance, the VR3 line delivers both. The VR3 Arm Extension uses the classic motion that is known to everyone who does strength training. The traditional movement allows users to focus on the triceps press with less shoulder involvement than triceps machines. This is the commercial strength line that competes with the best others have to offer. A group of machines that combines striking appearance with rugged durability, VR3 has been engineered to take the tough punishment a heavy duty commercial environment requires. And it works for the highly supervised gyms as well as the self-serve facility. One user to the next with one less adjustment. This design feature automatically adjusts for the differences in forearm length of a wide variety of users. VR3 offers user positioning that includes an adjustable back support and seat height adjustment that works to provide stabilization and also accommodates for user size. Some arm extension machines do not offer back support which can compromise alignment and is inefficient in training the triceps.

  • Range Limiting Device: This CYBEX patent-pending technology ensures that regardless of starting position selected, the cam is synchronized with each individual user. It matches their performance level, maintaining the integrity of force curve throughout the range of motion while taking into account their limits and abilities. Start RLD (adjustable start only) provides start positions every 10˚. Total RLD (adjustable start and finish) provides start and end positions every 10˚
  • Fully Enclosed Weight Stacks: Enclosed weight stacks help shield bystanders and users from inadvertent contact with the moving weight stack, creating a safer workout environment. The fully enclosed stacks give a sleek appearance and comply with ASTM and EN standards.
  • Dependent Converging and Diverging Movement: The dependent movement provides a feeling of exceptional stability and ease throughout each movement, while the aligned path of motion provides consistent loading through the complete range. The consistent torque application maximizes the training force of the muscle while minimizing joint stress. Users of all levels will embrace the progress they make.
  • Gas Assist Seat: Our intuitive seat base adjustment design uses gas spring assist to allow adjustments to the seat height without requiring the user to leave the machine. Both the seat base and seat backs have position indicators to enable the user to consistently duplicate a position on the machine.
  • Second Generation Twist Select Increment Weight System: Patent-pending system allows user to adjust the weight 5 pounds (2.5 kg) at a time with a simple turn of the knob—nothing to slide, drop or lose. Patent-pending system is also completely balanced for drag free operation and includes integrated oiling capabilities, resulting in reduced time and mess associated with guide rod maintenance.
  • Contoured Molded Pads: Ergonomically contoured molded pads provide better support for a variety of movements, as well as a more contemporary overall look.

June Wilder has embarked on the career of a lifetime-- the newest head physical trainer for NHL's Atlanta Reapers! She's relatively young for the position, not to mention female. In a male dominated sport, she's hoping to one day earn the trust and respect of the players, coaching staff and the organization.  What she doesn't expect is to be an equal participant in flirty banter and NSFW activities in her office with handsome Right Wing Rhett Lawson. She quickly finds that Team Captain Cole Thibault is a confident and  calming presence in her daily work activities-- and the man she goes on quite possibly the most perfect date with. Then there's Elias Nystrom, the Swedish Goalie who is quiet, HULKING in size, and downright frightens her-- with whom she shares a secret which could get her in hot water if discovered.  Each of these team members intrigues her. Each she has a relationship with that is not entirely permitted as their head physical trainer. As she gets to know each of them better, she's falling deeper for each of them. Will she successfully navigate through the season without losing not only her job but her heart?  What happens when each of the men find out about each other? Will she be asked to choose between them?  This book has everything I look for in a sinfully decadent read-- a strong, independent, and likable FMC; charming, protective, and sexy MMCs; a plot that is entertaining, well thought out and executes some unexpected twists; and has chemistry that explodes off of the pages. Once again author Cassie Cole has expertly achieved all of these things in her latest book "Hat Trick". I'm a big fan of the RH genre. Of all the authors I read, Cassie Cole is far and away my favorite to date. If you read this book, you will not be disappointed!

Hot enough to melt the ice rink

This was yet another great read by Cassie Cole. June has just started as the trainer for the Atlanta Reapers. Succeeding in this male dominated role is important to her, but the more she learns about these men the more she wonders if some things are worth risking everything for. As their trainer, the men are supposed to be off limits, but they can't deny the pull they each feel. The closer to Cole, Rhett & Elias she becomes the more she realizes that she may not be able to choose between them. Is it worth the risk to her career to continue to pursue a relationship with one of the men.... let alone the risk to all their careers if they would be open to consider a more unconventional relationship.
