Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. The flavor intensifies the longer you cook lemongrass. Use it fresh, or preserve it by drying or freezing. Lemongrass looks gorgeous growing in containers, raised beds, or in-ground gardens. Go to the beach by reading this book.

This is a fun book. It made me feel like I was at the beach. Lots of wisdom surrounded by palm trees and other tropical stuff. I like the website, too, especially the sounds of the ocean and the calypso music! Jimmy Buffett fans would like Pug At The Beach.
