1. What colors would you like your product? One or two colors? Would you like us to decide.
2. Would you like Metalic/Holographic flakes, glitter, floral bouquets (must be fresh - please see floral warning below), prints, text, stones/crystals.
3. If you would like to ship in your own flowers, ashes of a loved one, or something personal to you. Please contact me directly. I would love to handle this with TLC ♡︎

I welcome any personal preferences or modification for each of my customers. Each product is custom made to each individual purchaser. Guess that means yours will be one-of-a-kind. I can also repeat patterns you’ve seen in previous photos. (It may not look the exact same but that’s the beauty of art, it’s all different ♡︎)

1. Pick the number of characters in the portrait
2. Enter background color (You don’t need to have one if your looking to do this as a print on shirts)
3. Send me the photo you’re referencing

The photo you selected, will be illustrated by hand and sent to you by however you would prefer to receive the item.

RESIN WARNING:

Please be aware we cannot control bubbles or imperfections that appear in the resin after the preservation is completed. We do our absolute best to deplete any defects that may occur but, we gently remind you that each piece is a handcrafted work of art. Variations in resin and look may differ from one piece to the next. During the shipping process if left in high heat, this will also affect the resin. Please make sure you don’t leave your package outside.

FLORAL WARNING:

Natural flower bouquets will change color in the preservation process. This is a very natural occurrence as the flower’s quality and texture will change as they’re not going through photosynthesis. Florals become more brittle and the hue tends to fade. As the flowers soak and dry in the resin, they can tend to change

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Please note we are a small business. If you got something personalized with revisions you accepted before the products mailed to you, there will be no refunds. This however can exclude if there’s shipping issues, at that point, please email me all photos of packaging (as arrived), the destroyed/incorrect product. We will further address this situation.
