Jade plants need bright light, but should not be exposed to a lot of direct sun (which may cause leaf scorch). Jade plants adapt well to the warm, dry conditions found in most homes. It’s important to keep the plant watered during the growing season (spring, summer) and drier during the dormant season (fall, winter). However, even during the growing season, the soil should be allowed to dry out fully between waterings, as jade is very susceptible to rot. Jade plant care instructions say that jade plants do best in day time temperatures of 65-75 F. (18-24 C.) during the day and 50-55 F. (10-13 C.) at night. I perfer this over aquafor. its not thick, the liquid splooshs so fair warning.
however I notice this hydrates better and longer and seeps into the skin better.

Simple, fragrance-free base lotion that plays well under sunscreen

I bought this as a moisturizing base before beach days, on my dermatologist s-style routine: at home I apply this lotion first, let it sink in, then tanning cream, and then layer broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF) on top. The goal was an even, soft, brown tan without that tight, dry feeling after sun and salt. In this role, it worked well for me. I didn’t finish the bottle over the season, and now I use it after the shower as my everyday body lotion.
Why I chose it (and what actually “works” here):
It’s fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, so it’s basic and gentle.
The key active is colloidal oatmeal, a classic skin protectant that helps soothe and support the moisture barrier.
