Due to import regulations, all plants are shipped bare root with a phytosanitary certificate from Thailand. Plants can experience stress from long international transit, resulting in cosmetic damage such as yellow leaves. Most imported plants need to be rehabilitated and acclimatized.
We pack your plants with care and hope that the plants get delivered to you in good condition. It may happen that plants do not survive the shipping process. We are truly sorry, and you can request your refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery. Our nursery is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and we do not accept returns.
