Cacti and Succulents are known for being remarkably low-maintenance, but even drought-tolerant plants need some love. That's where Lambert Cactus and Succulent Mix comes in! This ready-to-use potting mix was formulated to imitate dry soil found in low-moisture environments while providing adequate aeration. It contains course sand and Horticultural Perlite for density and drainage, Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss for extra organic matter, and Dolomitic and Calcitic Limestone to neutralize acidity and encourage nutrient absorption. Lambert Cactus and Succulent Mix is excellent for containers or garden beds and can even be used to loosen heavy clay soil. It's truly the perfect blend!

I hadn’t ordered bananas for about a month due to what I’d received in the past. Personal preference? I want those lovely pale green ends! Please!!! I don’t like the flavor or even the change in scent that happens when bananas turn darker yellow, freckle - or worse? Turn brown. Yuck. Each previous delivery, I hadn’t been able to eat more than 3 out of each bunch because of the already yellowed fruit received. I even tried the currently trendy recommendation of wrapping the individual stem ends in plastic wrap to help slow the ripening process. Was very pleased to receive a bunch of 6 small sized bananas, all delicately green and completely beautiful! Beautiful job by the thoughtful delivery person as well, who didn’t just leave the bags in the rain on the (only 2!) steps, but made sure they were under the protection of the porch and not blocking my door. Some items I never order anymore (beloved snap peas and garnet potatoes are two examples) after receiving spoiled items - more than once. Apparently notifying Amazon of our understandable disappointment, not to mention the waste! can sometimes improve the quality of items delivered. I do very much appreciate the Amazon Fresh delivery service in my (rapidly approaching) old age.
