WHEEL CLEANING SIMPLIFIED

Iron X will have your paint and wheels looking amazing and in record time. Sometimes wheel cleaners won't be able to achieve perfection. The little extra build up of black or brownish specs and dirt will remain. Iron X will react with it and turn it purple then watch it dissolve and rinse away with water! It will have the same effect with iron particles that are lodged in your clear coat. You may think your paint doesn't have that problem, but spray some on your trunk or rear bumper and I bet you will see it react and turn purple!

Why We Use It

It is very hard to decontaminate paint fully before polishing and ceramic coating. Iron X is that missing link that will remove everything the Clay Bar will miss. It will also remove the dirt on your wheels that your Wheel cleaner will be unable to remove. Iron X is the next and final step in getting tough build up off wheels and paint.

APPLICATION

Apply to your wheels when you notice build up or every few months for a really deep clean. Don't spray too much. Cover the wheel and let dwell. No need to keep spraying after you have covered the wheel once.

Paint should be sprayed down thoroughly and rinsed and washed after Iron X application. Iron build up usually happens in the rear of the car and on lower panels behind the wheels but most cars will have iron contamination all over if it has never been treated.

LONGEVITY

This bottle will last a few months at a time if you are using a wheel cleaner and applying Iron X when needed here and there. Paint only needs Iron X when you see that it needs it, or once a year on daily drivers. Iron X should not be used as your every car wash wheel cleaner.

FROM THE MANUFACTURE

Highly effective, acid-free and pH balanced, CarPro Iron X stops rust spots and pre-mature failure of the clear coat by making short work of iron contaminant removal across the entire vehicle!  Using Iron X saves time and helps avoid the laborious claying process used in traditional car care regimes.  This formulation of CarPro Iron X is safe and effective for use on all car surfaces and will not deteriorate clear coats.  This preventative measure puts a stop to pre-mature corrosion.

Airborne chemical compounds and ferrous particles (particles containing iron) actually penetrate the paint and create corrosive compounds that eat deep into the paint's sub-layers.  This is a gradual process that is not evident until it's too late.

Iron X contains unique chemical ingredients that effectively dissolves the sintered iron by forming a water soluble iron complex. No other method cleans paint and wheels as deeply as Iron X. The Iron X Paint and wheels decontamination system was developed to remove the root of the problem (BELOW the top surface) rather than just shave off the top of the particle in the manner traditional claying offers.

During the use of your vehicle, brake dust and road grime become sintered to the surface of the paint, rims, and wheels due to the high temperatures they are exposed to. Brake dust contains high levels of iron and once sintered to the rim, becomes extremely difficult to dissolve or remove without the use of harsh chemicals. Iron X opens up the paint's pores to release ferrous particles and to neutralize caustic compounds that have developed in the paint's subsurface. Ongoing damage is immediately stopped and future damage is prevented, by removing the ferrous particles.

Iron X sprays on as a transparent liquid. As the cleansing liquid begins to work into the dirt and grime, the formula begins to turn purple or red.  This coloring affect is the Iron X Cleaner forming a bond to the sintered iron on the car paint or wheel and changing its state to a water-soluble complex for easy wipe or rinse off.  Stubborn, baked on grime may take a small amount of agitation.

Iron X is widely used by body shops, high-end detailers, and even dealerships for new and used car prep.  It is proven to deliver a clean, glassy smooth vehicle free of iron contaminants.  No other iron decontamination product is as safe, fast, and effective!  Purchase yours from Sky’s the Limit Car Care today!

Iron X Facts and Frequently Asked Questions:

How iron particles appear on your car surface and where?

Iron particles are all around us, and of course on our cars after traveling. They can be made from your car braking, driving near other cars, big trucks, train rails, industrial zones etc. They adhere to the car surface and once they "stick" to your paint due to there sharp edges together with sunshine they start to bake into the soft car paint where they oxidize and rust.

How to prevent iron dust from etching your paint ?

It’s almost impossible to prevent the irons to stick on the surface , but it has been proven that inorganic coatings (CQuartz) has a self-cleaning affect and can reduce the quantity of iron that adheres to the surface.

Is Iron X pH Neutral?

Yes

Why does it change color?

With Iron X it is due to chemical reaction between the chemicals and iron.  Some other products change colors as well. There are very cheap chemicals other companies use that change their character simply by contact with air or iron but have zero to little dissolving power.

Why do you use fully plastic spray heads?

Iron X would react with normal triggers with metal springs inside.

Will Iron X stain chrome wheels or chrome trims?

No, it’s completely safe to use on any chrome wheels, trim, or bare aluminum wheels.

Will Iron X discolor wheel weights ?

Yes, it will. Wheel weights are made from lead, Iron X will change the lead color to green. However light agitation will recover the original color.

Will Iron X affect brake calipers ?

For most high end calipers it will not affect them however it can affect the paint color of low quality acrylic painted calipers. For this reason we advise you to be careful near calipers if unsure of the finish or type of paint.

Will Iron X remove wax from car paint?

Yes, if it’s a highly organic oil type it will affect the wax properties. If it’s a synthetic polymer sealant it won’t affect it much. On CarPro Sealants, Cquartz coatings, or other true coatings it won’t affect them at all.  In fact it is designed for use on coatings as well.

Does Iron X remove tar spots as well?

No, Iron X reacts only with iron particles.

Is Iron X safe to use on 3M and Paint Protection Film?

Yes, there is no problem at all using it on clear bra and modern PPF when used properly.

Why does it smell so bad?

This is the nature of the chemical used, you cannot avoid this. If it doesn’t smell so strong it means it has very little effect on iron or is a very diluted or inferior formula.

Why does Iron X have low viscosity?

If you make the product too thick it will not react well with iron particles due to the thickener additives. If you make it too thin there will only be a short reaction time, which will leave some iron behind. With Iron X we have found the sweet spot between these two variables to create the most potent but safe iron fallout remover on the market.

Can I leave Iron X to dry on the surface?

Yes, Iron X could dry on the surface of a modern gloss clear coat paint system as long as you wash it off, but do not let it dry on the surface when under direct sun.

Epic!!!!
Format: Kindle
Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
