Workshop booking fees are non-refundable. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations, in this instance a transfer can be provided for a future workshop pending availability. For 'no shows' on the day we are not obligated to offer a transfer of booking. If you are unwell or unable to attend on the day please feel free to send someone in your place as all materials are prepped ready for you or you will forfeit your booking.
