Specifications: 

• 7.3" x 4"
• 2" blades
• 0.2" (5 mm) maximum cutting ⌀

Use:  Hold with your index finger outside the handle for flexible, comfy use. Use the base of the blades, not the tips, for heavier cuts. Do not twist or apply uneven pressure.

Do not cut wire, metal, stone, plastic or any other hard material—even bamboo fibres and some very hard woods, especially knots and burrs, can damage steel edges.

Care:  With regular use, all steel blades will stain, rust, and gradually lose their edge over time. You can keep your scissors working properly by remembering the following: 

• Japanese steel is hard and sharp, and can be more brittle than some people are used to - it will chip if abused.
  
• Cut diagonally across branches (not straight across) so you cut along the fibres
• Pay attention to our maximum cut dimensions, and don’t overdo it. 
  
• Wipe clean with a dry rag after each use.
• Sharpen with a fine or extra-fine sharpening stone and Camellia oil regularly.
