The Ambra Infant Car Seat is made with EcoCare fabric, Maxi-Cosi’s premium, future-friendly, 100% recycled fabric created from plastic bottles. The resulting yarn is soft, comfortable, and breathable. Ambra also features PureCosi™ fabrics made without added fire-retardant treatment, making them better for children and the planet.

TensionFix™ technology helps address one of the most common installation issues, loose vehicle belt tension, which many parents may not realize they have. This patent-pending red-to-green indicator shows when proper belt tension has been achieved during car seat installation.

Ambra is designed with thoughtful features to help make every journey easier. The QuikFit harness does not need to be rethreaded as baby grows, since the 6-position headrest and harness can be adjusted simultaneously with one hand. Three recline positions provide a better fit during installation, while the canopy features UPF 50 sun protection and zips out to extend for fuller coverage. The carry handle is finished with a vegan leather grip for added comfort.
