The fine hair-like coating helps reflect light and adds texture to the rosette. This variety offsets readily and will spread to fill available space, making it well suited for rock gardens, crevice plantings, and outdoor containers.
Sempervivum plants originate from mountainous regions of Europe, where they are adapted to bright sun, rocky soils, and cold winters. ‘Highland Mist’ performs best outdoors, maintaining tight rosettes and consistent coloration throughout the seasons.

Gritty, well-draining soil is essential. Use a cactus and succulent mix with 50%-70% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite.
Water infrequently. Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Avoid letting water sit in the rosette to prevent rot.
Non-toxic to dogs, cats, and horses (Pet-friendly).

Excellent resource!

This is an amazing book. In Lorrie's way she breaks down EFT in a clear and concise way and provides strong support for all clinicians regardless of their level of training or experience. I can see this book being a go to book and plan to refer to it regularly both as a clinicna and as a supervisor of EFT therapists.
