The top part, the scion, can't live on its own due to its lack of chlorophyll, so caring for this succulent requires consideration of both the rootstock and the scion. Intolerant to bright sunlight and colder temperatures, place in shaded spots. If the rootstock begins growing another branch, immediately prune it, as the scion will lose nutrients.

Not for the weak...

A bit tough to use. My blend has green peppercorns in it. The mill does dispense a finely ground powder but it takes some significant wrist action. I don't love this item which I find VERY "manual" though quieter than any motorized version. I wouldn't buy it again.

Nice grinders for the price

The grinders are working fine, though I have only used them for a couple of days. Their size is a little smaller than I would like for in kitchen cooking, but I got them knowing they will work better in a planned move with a smaller kitchen. Good size for a table. I'm happy with the clean, simple appearance and the quality so far. Just ordered a second set for white and mixed color peppercorns and will donate the sort of hodge podge assortment of grinders I currently use.
