Kentucky Bluegrass has a great self-repairing ability due to its horizontally spreading rhizome root system, which fills in bare spots and thickens the entire lawn. Blue Panther is a stellar choice for filling in bare spots and thickening a Kentucky Blue lawn.
How much seed to use?
- 3 lb Bag: Covers up to 4,800 sq ft for overseeding and up to 2,400 sq ft for new lawns
- 25 lb Bag: Covers up to 40,000 sq ft for overseeding and up to 20,000 sq ft for new lawns
