Both are made of tackle twill fabric in keeping with movie accuracy. The neck seal comes unattached from the flak vest and features the standard skirt detail. Neck seal length (24in-61cm) Neck seal comes without any closures sewn in. This allows the customer to attache their preferred closure of choice, velcro, hooks, snaps etc. Both the neck seal and flak vest come in white only. Tackle twill excepts dye, and can be easily dyed ESB grey.
