<WHEN PLANTS ARRIVE>
- Unpack and give your plants some water as soon as possible—but don't worry if they seem a bit stressed. They'll perk up in no time! Put them in a fairly bright area, but away from direct light while they are acclimating.
- If your plant looks sad or stressed upon arrival, leave it in the shipping medium for a few days before repotting. (These plants can be repotted in any well-draining medium of your choice)
- It can be completely normal for your new plants to be slightly dramatic once they arrive. Don't worry if you notice some yellowing on the tips or if you lose a leaf or two.
- If your plants are dead on arrival, send us pictures immediately (within 24 hours) and we will work through what to do from there.
<SHIPPING DETAILS>
We pack and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. We carefully pack each plant and use different materials to meet each plant’s sensitivity needs. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and know when your plant will arrive. The plants should be brought in immediately upon arrival. If you are going to be out of town or need us to hold the package for any reason, we are happy to do so.
Our plants are packed and shipped via USPS Priority which includes $100 of insurance for delays and handling damages. Claims require postmarked mailing receipt, proof of value of the shipment and the damaged goods. Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of our control and cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping
<REFUND POLICY>
In order to receive a full refund, please submit photos and/or video showing that the plants were dead on arrival within 24 hours of your package being delivered. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

I wish there was an instruction manual

I chose this set because somehow other options out there involves more than 1 bread knife and less variety of other knives for some reason and I don’t eat bread. Also I know that this brand is a sister brand of Zwilling which my dad is a fan of so I’m pretty sure of the quality and the sharpness.
When I say I wish there was a manual was because
1. I’m not a chef. Nor did I take up any culinary class, so I wish there’s at least a pamphlet in the set to identify which knife does what or what people actually use them for before I use everything randomly, which also works, but I’d like to use them correctly since I bought a decent set. And yes I know I can google it. Just saying would be nice if it comes with one.
2. I wish there was a direction for the block for which knife belongs to which hole. I am pretty sure that usually the blocks would have different depths and the knives come with different lengths. So it would be great to have that indication before I mess up the tip.
All in all, it is a really nice set. It is sharp as the other reviews mentioned in their videos. Do handle with care and don’t cut yourself when you’re unpacking them. Knife is sharp.

Thinner than I expected

This set of knives just arrived and of course, brand new knives look so good. Upon closer inspection I noticed that these knives are not as heavy as the ones they are replacing (not Henckels) and the metal blades actually flex a little when torqued. I am not too thrilled with the scissors either. They also seem flimsy and don't seat all that well in their slot in the block. However, the packaging was the best I have seen in a long time. Box within a box and everything protected and wrapped separately. The wood block is heavy and beautiful. These knives were a good price and I have used Henckels before. I am sure they will do the trick and if I had wanted more heavy duty knives I would have forked over more money for a set.
Edit: I am returning these knives. The thin, flexing blades just are not going to work for me. And the scissors are just too flimsy. I honestly expected better from this company.

Quedé encantada con este vestido que compré en SHEIN. La calidad superó mis expectativas. La tela se siente muy buena, suave al tacto y con una caída hermosa que hace que el vestido se vea elegante cuando uno se lo pone. Las costuras están bien hechas y los detalles se ven muy cuidados, no parece para nada un vestido barato.
Algo que me gustó mucho fue que el diseño es exactamente igual a las fotos. A veces uno compra en línea con miedo de que no llegue como se ve, pero en este caso llegó tal cual. El color es precioso, el tamaño corresponde bien a la talla y se ajusta muy bonito al cuerpo.
También me sorprendió lo cómodo que es. Se puede usar tanto para una salida especial como para un evento más elegante dependiendo de cómo lo combines. La tela no es transparente y tiene buen grosor, lo que da más seguridad al usarlo.
Definitivamente volvería a comprar vestidos así. Si alguien está pensando en pedirlo, de verdad lo recomiendo porque la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra.

I like these. Good solid construction.

It was past time for new knives. My old set Revereware was way over a dozen years old. One of the handles had broken years ago.
One of the best parts of these is the full length of the blade running from tip to end of the handles ( full tang ). The blades of my old ones of went about a half inch into the handles.
The blades are about the same thickness. Overall these Henckel's knives are much nicer. I especially like getting the carving knife. I have used that a lot over the years. Both of the scissors are China made. All the Henckels knives say made in India. The Revere knives all say China.
I washed them all up. They all shine really nice and the handles are comfortable. I'm happy with them.

Return policy stinks/decent starter set

This is a decent set of what I would consider to be starter knives. We purchased a set for our vacation rental home and a second for our son when he was moving into his own place. They are basic knives that you could get away with if you aren’t doing a ton of cooking but you would probably want to fill in with a few other utility knives, as I did even for the rental, if you cook daily. They seemed sharp on the first few uses but they don’t hold the edge so maybe the steel isn’t the best quality. The real reason for three stars is due to the return policy from this seller. We accidentally ordered two sets for our son and the return shipping cost is a good percentage of the purchase price; it’s not like most Amazon sellers who have free returns. We ended up keeping them rather than lose money because we figure we will need to replace them soon.
